-I created several pamphlets that take individuals of all types into consideration, people of different ages, heights, weights, as well as different goals. This was essential to make sure that each individual had a guide to follow,

-My essential question is "What is the best way to help an individual create and execute an effective workout and diet plan?" By researching the recommended exercise and healthy eating habits for individuals, I was able to put together a book of sorts to serve as a guide to individuals of different ages, weights, genders, goals, etc.
