-Being able to properly motivate the individual, and to keep them motivated to reach their goal.

-Motivation is needed for EVERYTHING, especially starting something new.
-It is also extremely important to STAY motivated and continue with whatever endeavor one sets their mind to. Especially when trying to get fit, because it takes time to get results, so its very important to stick with it.
-People often quick working out/ eating healthy, so its important to keep them motivated to keep working toward their goal and be able to continue that healthy lifestyle.
