Blog 19: Third Answer
Due: Thursday March 3rd BY 8AM
1.)What is your EQ?
-"What is the best way to help an individual create and execute an effective workout/diet plan?"
2.)What is your third answer? (In complete thesis statement format)
-Creating the actual diet and workout plan based on what you've learned about the individual.
3.)List three reasons your answer is true with a real-world application for each.
-It's very important to create a diet/workout plan that suits the individual in terms of how many macros they should be getting a day, how much exercise, etc.
-It's also very important to take the individuals limitations into consideration, for example if they have past or present injuries, health issues, etc.
-It is essential to cater to the individuals needs but to also be able to push them in a healthier direction to be able to reach their fitness goals, which could put some stress on the individual when starting out, but it is important to keep them motivated and stay positive.
5.)What printed source best supports your answer?
